“It’s inspired by a classic chichirya I was able to try when I was a kid, which consisted of a classic potato chip and a cheese dip included inside the bag already,” shares Tatler Dining’s Rising Star Chef 2024. “We wanted to give it a little refinement while of course making sure it’s still fun to eat, using local burrata and local potatoes fried with different textures.”
