Their goal was to gather jamón and wine lovers under one roof to share memorable dining experiences around the table. Today, Txanton has grown into not only a restaurant and an artisanal deli, but also a place that hosts educational tasting experiences. Here, chef Justo Rodrigo Lopez utilises his expertise in cooking tantalising Spanish staples to win over the palates of discerning foodies. While still cosy and intimate space, Txanton has expanded to include La Carne, which hosts smaller tables and focuses on excellent meats. Pay a visit to feed your curiosity.
