Take a glimpse at some of the most impressive penthouses in Singapore that boast expansive rooftops and picturesque views like no other
Rivalling Good Class Bungalows and landed properties, penthouses have a special place in Singapore’s property market today, especially amongst ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) buyers worldwide. A true luxury and stylish investment, these homeowners benefit from the intrinsic value of having penthouses, given the limited development space in Singapore.
Indeed coveted amongst the elite, penthouses continue to be in demand for having the most exceptional views of the island city, utmost privacy, and generous spatial proportions, unlike typical high-rise properties. With ample room to dream up a lofty paradise, designers and homeowners alike enjoy having the freedom to create their desired homes within the penthouses’ expansive interiors and rooftops.
Ahead, we spotlight some of the most stunning penthouses in Singapore, embodying the epitome of good design and luxurious living.

1. A penthouse that uses masculine colours to express femininity
This 3,150 sq ft penthouse on the 35th floor of a Singapore high-rise redefines modern elegance, using traditionally masculine shades—charcoal, grey, black and off-white—as its foundational palette, yet layering them with soft pink accents and curving forms to evoke a strong sense of femininity. The design by Summerhaus D’zign transforms the rooftop terrace into a casual lounge with lush greenery and replaces the original jacuzzi with a cosy conversation pit. Inside, a striking kitchen island in Caesarstone’s Darcrest quartz anchors the space while botanical-patterned wallpaper and suede upholstery lend texture and warmth. The master suite and walk-in wardrobe continue the theme with sleek black stone, delicate florals and pink upholstery—creating a space that is both assertive and intimately personal.
2. A light-filled, glamorous Bishopsgate penthouse
Overlooking the embassy district of Singapore, this penthouse at Bishopsgate Residences showcases sleek glamour crafted by design studio SuMisura. Spacious and light-filled, the home features sweeping open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas dressed in marble, fluted glass and ambient lighting for a refined yet welcoming tone. A smartly hidden wine-storage unit and dual-zone kitchens combine high-end functionality with effortless entertaining.
Natural light floods the space through floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces, while reflective surfaces—including a mirrored recessed ceiling that turns a structural beam into a design feature—enhance volume and brightness. The master suite evokes quiet luxury, with cocooning tones, plush textures and a couture-inspired walk-in wardrobe, while the additional bedrooms balance practicality and elegance for a complete lifestyle statement.

3. Soaring views from a 56th-floor Sentosa penthouse
Perched on the 56th floor of an exclusive Singapore District 3 tower, this 1,668-square-foot penthouse transcends typical luxury living. Sweeping vistas of Sentosa Island and the urban skyline frame a residence that seamlessly balances family comfort with sophisticated entertaining.
Home to two professionals and their three children, the apartment underwent a stunning transformation by Prestige Global Designs. The spacious layout encompasses four bedrooms, dramatic ceiling heights, and fluid transitions between living and dining spaces—creating an architectural foundation primed for both intimate moments and grand celebrations.
What distinguishes this residence is its thoughtful curation of detail. “The clients wanted a home that reflected their lifestyle, blending functionality with the wow factor,” shares Jeremy Tay, co-founder of Prestige Global Designs.

4. A triplex super penthouse at Keppel Bay
At 13,000 sq ft spread over the top three levels of Reflections at Keppel Bay’s tallest tower, this super penthouse is one of Singapore’s largest purpose-built penthouses. It has everything a discerning ultra-high-net-worth sophisticate could ask for—a panoramic view of both Singapore’s cityscape and sparkling waterfront, an award-winning architectural shell by American architect Daniel Libeskind, and singularly elegant interiors by Edmund Ng Architects.
Each level of the six-bedroom super penthouse has its own access to the lift lobby. Entering level 39, one is received into a handsome living space. Here, an oversized bespoke chandelier and plush furniture from Giorgetti create a stylish spot from which to admire the view of the glittering sea.
5. A modern penthouse with ocean views
Blessed with windows on all sides, the penthouse offers panoramic sights of the Central Business District and stretches to distant views of Malaysia and Indonesia. Some parts of the view, however, are impeded by adjacent buildings. Thus, adjusting the apartment’s layout to maximise enjoyment of the scenery and create a seamless flow became part of the home’s spatial design strategy.
Apart from bringing in light by breaking down walls, design firm Elliot James Group also introduced well-considered materials to enhance the bright and airy feel of the interior spaces.

6. The Khattar family’s luxurious riverside penthouse
With its magnificent views of central Singapore and spacious footprint, this penthouse apartment already had many dream qualities. Measuring just under 7,000 sq ft, the four-bedroom duplex unit located in the Yong An Park condominium in River Valley is the home of the Khattar family, who wanted a combination of spaces tailored to each inhabitant’s needs.
Art has a special place in the family’s heart and is a key feature of the home design. The wife, Ritika Khattar is the founder and chief executive officer of Phi Events, a company which specialises in bringing and presenting modern and contemporary art in Singapore. She and her banker husband wanted a modern interior and stylish spaces to entertain their clients and guests, while their two college-going sons wanted an outdoor terrace and indoor lounge where they could unwind with their friends.
It was also crucial for the couple to have a conducive home office, as well as home automation elements well-integrated into the interior. They enlisted Andrea Rodriguez Junquera of Livspace Singapore, the creative mind behind the beautiful makeover of this apartment, to turn the family’s vision into reality.

7. A Sentosa Cove penthouse condominium
Positioned at the southernmost tip of Singapore, Seascape has become an investment-worthy property for its unrivalled sea views, low-density neighbourhood and unique address. Beyond being prized by those who desire to sink into the beauty of its maritime setting, there is also a bevy of amenities for its close-knit community to enjoy. Inside Seascape, residents have full access to concierge services, including a clubhouse, a gym and a swimming pool.
One of Seascape’s two villa duplexes was recently given a transformation by Singapore-based Architology Interiors and sold for close to $21 million. Also dubbed a “super penthouse” due to its impressive size, the 6,631 sq ft unit received a new look from the design practice, which had worked with Ho Bee Land on a previous project in the Cape Royale condominium.
Architology Interiors was presented with an open brief, but rather than go overboard with opulence, the firm gave the sea-facing unit subtle aesthetic and practical touches that profoundly emphasise its association with waterfront living.

8. A modern minimalist penthouse with French touches
Situated within Singapore’s Corals at Keppel Bay condominium, this 5,000 sq ft penthouse is located right next to the sea, resulting in ocean views that bring a sense of tranquillity indoors. To create an equally soothing interior for the owners, who live here with their young daughter, Mikael Teh of Monocot reworked the layout and dressed it in an elegant palette comprising an assortment of woody textures, shadowed corners, and a tasteful selection of furniture and lighting fixtures.
The juxtaposition of dark and light surfaces adds a sense of theatricality to the interior and its thresholds. The television console and the air-conditioning units are neatly integrated into the feature wall. Likewise, the staircase abuts the edge, clad in the same timber veneer as the wall to read together with the wall as a single monolithic form.

Inspired to refresh a 14-year-old penthouse unit for a family of four, Summerhaus D’zign was tapped on for the renovation project after the homeowners discovered the homegrown interior design studio’s work in an issue of Tatler Homes Singapore.
Taking the clients’ desires and the integrity of the three-storey apartment into consideration, Summerhaus D’zign set out to highlight the family’s cherished artworks, which offer pops of lively colour, as well as the loftiness of the abode with full-length windows and a clean-lined look.
Taking the family’s needs into account, the open plan of the 4,500 sq ft apartment has a kitchen and a service yard that align with their love for cooking, a guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for the visiting grandparents, a playroom for the two children, and a rooftop jacuzzi area.

Familiar touches of Edmund Ng’s impactful and artistic sensibilities can be spotted throughout the abode, from the bedrooms and the study to the open-plan living room, which he cites as his favourite space to have designed.

11. A glamorous art-deco-inspired penthouse on Shenton
Known for their elegant couture-like interiors, Singapore design firm SuMisura got the chance to craft the bespoke transformation of a penthouse show unit in V on Shenton. Inspired by the surrounding cosmopolitan environment, Angela Lim, the founder and principal designer of the firm, decided to elevate the apartment with details that evoke the innate glamour of living in the city while remaining cosy.
Maximising the 6,200 sq ft space of the apartment, Lim first gave the open-plan living room a stylish art deco-inspired makeover with a spate of materials, including lush timber cladding, white marble, and furnishings that include bespoke copper wall sconces, embellished chandeliers, and a custom L-shaped sofa in a rich royal blue.
Similarly, opulent design accents and furnishings in darker hues were adopted to create visual continuity for the interiors of the four bedrooms, the lounge, and the study. Additionally, the penthouse offers an outdoor rooftop terrace that is spacious enough to place a seating area, a billiards table, and other amenities for entertaining guests.

Above Homeowners Trixie Khong and Steve Shaw share more about how they made their abode pet-friendly, while crafting versatile rooms that can accommodate guests or social gatherings when needed
Taking cues from minimalist and modern styles, Trixie Khong and Steve Shaw tapped on homegrown interior design practice SYRB to create the home of their dreams for the pair and their beloved pets. Befitting the easygoing lifestyle of the couple, the interiors of the home were made timeless with a predominantly black and white aesthetic, which synergises with the warm, natural furnishings, as well as their cherished objects.
Dedicated spaces were also designed for the fashion-loving and entrepreneurial couple. The By Invite Only founder’s favourite space is the walk-in wardrobe fitted with a glass cabinet that showcases her treasured designer bags on display. Her husband, on the other hand, who manages the finances of the Singapore jewellery label, appreciates his home office as it proves to be a tranquil space for work and has a stunning, one-of-a-kind cityscape view.
