Thoughtful balance
Stepping into the private lift lobby sets the tone for what lies beyond—a prelude to the sanctuary within. Marble-clad walls, serene ambient lighting and fluted glass panels form a quiet dialogue of textures and transparency, allowing soft streams of natural light from the adjacent living room to gently suffuse the space. It is a carefully balanced introduction to the exclusive penthouse, sleek yet welcoming.
Beyond the threshold, the apartment embraces an open-concept philosophy, where living, dining and cooking spaces flow seamlessly into one another. The core of the home is an expansive entertainment area dedicated to gatherings, both grand and intimate, thoughtfully anchored by wet and dry kitchens. State-of-the-art appliances, polished countertops and an inviting breakfast area form a culinary hub that is both functional and refined.
Revealed behind a decorative sliding panel, a discreet wine-storage unit is positioned with intent near the dry kitchen and dining spaces. The wet kitchen, discreetly tucked away, offers an enclave for culinary pursuits, ensuring that practicality never disrupts the effortless elegance of the main entertainment zone.
A study in light
Natural light is an integral element of the penthouse. By day, light carves soft, captivating patterns across the interiors; by night, it lends the spaces an ethereal glow, amplified by the choice of finishes and translucent textures.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces invite the outdoors in, while strategically placed reflective surfaces, including the mirrored recessed ceiling near the dining area, enhance light’s journey through the home. The latter was a particularly tricky integration, initiated by the presence of a structural beam in the common areas.
Rather than allowing this constraint to dictate their limitations, the SuMisura team embraced the penthouse’s architectural challenges as a creative opportunity, and the beam was deftly transformed into a sculptural feature. Framed by warm cove lighting, the result plays with depth and dimension without disturbing the serenity of the overall design.

Understated opulence
The master suite is a study in intimacy and quiet elegance. Drawing inspiration from haute couture boutiques, the walk-in wardrobe was fitted with custom shelving, sophisticated lighting and ample space to showcase a curated wardrobe and celebrate the act of getting dressed as a ritual of self-expression.
Within the master bedroom itself, a soft palette of cocooning tones, plush textures and curated furnishings invites rest and reflection. The additional bedrooms are conceived with equal care, each designed to embody versatility and individual character. Thoughtfully appointed with hardworking study nooks, generous storage space and personalised accents, these rooms honour both practicality and the nuances of personal style.
