Mother’s Day afternoon tea is set to be a luxurious affair all May at Antidote. From May 2 to 31, executive pastry chef Yong Ming Choong and senior sous chef Jacky Lai are joining hands to deliver delicate delights like a Hokkaido scallop croquette, caviar, and oatmeal, beside MSC-certified tiger prawns with ketchup mayonnaise and olive oil caviar and an unusually tart balsamic raspberry coulis accompanied by a cocoa flower pot. Scones are not to be missed at any afternoon tea, and at Antidote you'll be treated to special golden raisin scones with lemon butter curd and strawberry marmalade.
