A decade since Level33’s opening in 2010, its founder Dr Martin Bèm continues to innovate by ensuring discerning diners have many reasons to return. Its various brews pair well with meat dishes, including the dry-aged Wagyu tri-tip steak, and lamb rump skewers crafted from sustainable Mottainai lamb, as well as the charcuterie selection expertly cured in-house. This isn’t just a meat lover’s paradise, however, as the new menu has plenty of dishes for vegans and vegetarians to choose from. Whatever you pick, you’re assured that the restaurant only uses quality ingredients (and even eschews refined white sugar).
