Yi by Jereme Leung

Located at the Raffles Hotel Singapore, Yì by Jereme Leung is a fitting homecoming for its namesake Singaporean chef who has opened nine restaurants globally.  Guests are welcomed by a striking art installation formed with thousands of handcrafted floral elements. This collaboration by designer Aedas and luxury art studio Moss&Lam transports guests into the beautiful main dining hall.  The sumptuous food exemplifies tradition with a contemporary twist through familiar but elevated flavours. The barbecued combination platter wonderfully contrasts the Malaysian-style BBQ black pork with the Hong Kong-style char siew.  The signature chilled tiger prawns in Chinese wine brine topped with uni is the ideal texture, while the chicken and matsutake soup delivers comforting goodness. The seafood selection is extensive and fit for special occasions, while the full wine list is equally impressive.
