This dimly lit contemporary restaurant, with beautiful decor (including huge portraits of famous faces on the wall), creates a cosy place fit for leisurely dining. For those who must have starters with their meal, the bone marrow flan recommended by the team is a must-try. The texture is absolutely decadent and leaves one anticipating the main course. Follow this with the USDA prime ribeye steak or an American Wagyu New York sirloin. Both are outstanding cuts that allow diners to appreciate the quality of the meat. Complement this with the creamed spinach which comes with a fried egg as well as the cavatappi pasta mac and cheese. Dessert is a must; go for the Valrhona chocolate soufflé served with crème fraîche cream and gianduja chocolate gelato. It’s pleasantly soft and the serving is enough for two.
