Tatler Dining Guide’s inaugural restaurant list of honourable mentions that make our dining scene even more exciting
Singapore is a culinary haven, as evinced by the thousands of restaurants that make up our tiny island. Since 2018, we have been recognising the crème de la crème with our annual Tatler Dining 20—a list of the best restaurants in Singapore which continued to impress gourmands in the categories of food, setting, wine and service.
But as the dining landscape continued to evolve, especially with the emergence of new and exceptional restaurants as well as the continued quest of chefs in perfecting their crafts, we also felt the need to adapt to the times with the launch of Honourable Mentions. These 10 restaurants follow closely behind our top 20, and were chosen through an equally rigorous voting process and careful deliberation involving our reviewers and jury members.
So, without further ado, here are the restaurants (in alphabetical order) that made it into Tatler Dining Guide’s inaugural list of Honourable Mentions in 2024.

Glory Glory Brasserie! Bjorn Frantzén comes through with timeless brasserie delicacies tinged with Nordic influences. If there is one dish to rule them all, it shall be the Toast Astoria. A nod to the traditional Swedish Toast Skagen, his rendition comes stacked with Baltic prawns and Norwegian king crab, finished with a punchy wasabi aioli.
