For one night only on February 14, Vue is offering a special four-course menu for Valentine’s Day. Dine amongst the stars on the rooftop of OUE Bayfront, where you’ll be first presented with a seafood platter packed with gems like Ostra Regal Irish oysters, bluefin tuna tataki with uni, and carabinero prawns. Pan-seared Hokkaido scallop is always a good choice, but for a grand showing of Vue’s European gastronomy, go for the “Beef Duo”, which pairs A5 “Kokuou” Emperor Black Wagyu with grilled USDA Black Angus short ribs.

Also offering a stunning panorama of the Marina Bay skyline for Valentine’s Day is Level33, which is presenting a five-course dinner only on February 14. Here, dig into plates flavoured with Level33’s own beers, like the applewood-smoked stracciatella cheese over confit tomatoes and drizzled in a balsamic vinegar made with its own stout beer. Seared Murray cod atop baba ganoush is a fine choice for a main, as is the Wagyu tenderloin that comes with a truffle and celeriac purée.
