Opened in 2012, the restaurant recently remodelled and added the word “Altro” (which means “the other” in Italian) to its name, signalling a new beginning and a refreshed focus on contemporary Italian fare. The restaurant is worth rediscovering, thanks to chef Andrea de Paola’s refreshed à la carte and set options, including a four-course dinner with a selection of chefs’ creations, and a weekly-changing set lunch menu. Look forward to popular favourites such as the decadent homemade ravioli stuffed with juicy Wagyu beef, as well as homemade tagliolini, cooked al dente and drenched in an umami langoustine emulsion.
