What started as a project between friends and business partners who were united and driven by their love for Hong Kong and its food, has become a certified favourite among those in the know. Xiù combines luxury and comfort to serve Cantonese specialities underpinned by their commitment to authenticity. To continuously refine and build the menu, the team works closely with Lawrence Koo and chef David Cheung of West Villa, an iconic restaurant in Hong Kong that has been operating since the 1980s. Today, quality food and personal service are why guests return to their intimate setting, time and again.
