Jasmine’s menu is composed of a very well-curated selection of your Cantonese favourites. Its crunchy, succulent Peking duck, meanwhile, is one of Manila’s best. Do try the deep-fried salt and pepper duck bones, after having its crisp skin wrapped in Chinese pancakes with the classic accoutrements of hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber. Other standouts include the sweet and sour pork, the baked grouper with black bean sauce, and the hot almond soup with black sesame tang yuan.
