To get you in the mood, you’ll be served a complimentary glass of champagne or prosecco, before tucking into their signature items. The Persian pomegranate, featuring an assortment of greens, apples and pomegranate seeds for added texture, is enough to whet the appetite for the mains to come. These are the Egyptian lamb stew and the Persian kebabs platter laden with lamb kubideh, chicken nasti, prawn and fish kebabs—the latter is served with rice and salad. This Valentine’s Day, let executive chef Victor Loy take care of you with his newly curated Conscious Coupling menu, thoughtfully designed for two. This lavish six-course menu begins with freshly shucked oysters, and rich cauliflower and cheese souffle. The star of the show, however, is the balsamic glazed short ribs. This dish features 100 days grain-fed Australian short ribs that's been slow-braised and charcoal-grilled for a beautiful finish. It is accompanied by burnt allium puree and crispy cordyceps.
