Marking ten years of Gen.T in the Philippines, this milestone edition celebrates ten new Leaders of Tomorrow alongside ten Leaders of Today whose influence has continued to grow since they were first recognised.

The Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2026 are officially here.

As Gen.T marks its 10th anniversary, this year’s Philippine edition looks both forward and back, celebrating the leaders whose early promise has become lasting influence alongside a new generation whose work is already transforming industries and communities. The special anniversary list brings together 10 Leaders of Today—former Gen.T honourees whose impact has continued to expand—and 10 new Leaders of Tomorrow, reflecting the breadth and dynamism of Filipino leadership today. Together, they capture the spirit of a community that continues to evolve, while staying true to Gen.T’s mission of recognising exceptional talent early and celebrating the journeys that follow.

Selected through Tatler’s rigorous editorial process in consultation with the Gen.T Tribe—an accomplished network of Gen.T alumni and industry leaders—the 2026 honourees represent a wide spectrum of disciplines, from entrepreneurship, finance and technology to agriculture, sustainability, hospitality, media, culture and sport.

Together, they tell the story of a country powered by bold ideas, entrepreneurial ambition and purpose-driven leadership. As Gen.T celebrates its first decade, this year’s honourees serve as both a reflection of how far the community has come and a glimpse of the leaders who will help define the Philippines’ next chapter.
