For building a scalable, multi-sector regenerative model that merges environmental restoration with indigenous community livelihood creation

Driving environmental restoration and rural development across the Philippines, Rafael Sison Dionisio has built MAD Travel into one of the country’s most established regenerative tourism and ecosystem restoration platforms, which has planted more than 129,000 trees and generated millions in cumulative earnings for Indigenous Aeta groups. He has recently expanded his regenerative ecosystem beyond tourism, launching an agricultural consumer platform and a low-carbon construction venture to establish integrated, long-term climate models.
