A decade on, the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow continues to spotlight the founders, creatives and changemakers shaping Asia's future. This year's cohort represents a new generation of leaders making an impact across industries, communities and markets, while reflecting how leadership itself continues to evolve.
Since its launch in 2016, the community has grown to 3,500 leaders spanning ten markets, with Kazakhstan joining the Gen.T network for the first time this year.
