Chef Adrian Cuenca’s 17-year-old steakhouse may no longer be a secret, but it remains the standard for understated, elegant and discreet dining. The menu is concise and specific, delivering on all the premium steakhouse favourites such as an off-menu beef tartare and only the most coveted cuts of steak, like their prime grade tomahawk and double gold filet mignon. A proudly homegrown concept, it is unapologetic about serving only steak, specialising in mouthwatering prime rib for lunch.

Celebrating ten years in the Philippines, this Argentinian steakhouse remains dedicated to offering the most traditional and authentic parilla experience, as founder Gaston Riviera envisioned it. Diners can choose from a variety of premium steaks, but it is highly recommended you pick an Argentinian cut such as the robust cuadril (culotte) or juicy entraña (skirt steak).
