At this Eurasian Restaurant by Damian D’Silva, Easter takes on a more personal note this April. From April 4 to 12 , Damian D’Silva rolls out four à la carte specials inspired by the family spreads he grew up with—a tribute to his grandfather.
The dishes are hearty and full of character: a comforting dalcha with tender smoked pork knuckles simmered in lentils and warm spices; Pop’s Sambal King Prawn, coated in a deeply caramelised sambal balanced with calamansi and tamarind; a richly layered chicken vindaloo, built from over 30 ingredients; and a punchy green mango sambal that cuts through with spice and tang. Available for dinner on weekdays, and for both lunch and dinner over the weekends.

Le Pristine Singapore by Sergio Herman presents a celebratory brunch and supper designed to impress. The seafood bar offers a refined start with spring prawn cocktail, gambero rosso with watermelon and fingerlime, scallop with blood orange and buttermilk, and avocado with king crab. Live stations showcase porchetta with spring vegetables, agnolotti with ricotta and green peas, barbecue prawns with gremolata, and Australian Wagyu beef with potato and béarnaise.

This Easter, Skai marks a new chapter with new executive chef Enver Can Gumus presenting his first take on the occasion from level 70. At the centre is a tuna & seafood tower that leans into Japanese influences. The top tier spotlights bluefin tuna, air-flown from Japan and dry-aged for six days, in dishes such as tuna maki with scallion ponzu, otoro nigiri with shiso and wasabi, and chutoro toast with gochu mayonnaise. Below, Alaskan king crab is served two ways—as a king crab dip with yuzu kosho and puffed scallop crackers, alongside a crisp croquette with classic gribiche.
The spread continues with lighter seafood plates, including Hokkaido scallop with bonito beurre blanc and sweet corn, hamachi crudo with leche de tigre and charred avocado, and a hijiki seaweed salad with white sesame dressing. From the Josper grill, family-style mains take over: Scottish lobster with clarified butter, Black Onyx tenderloin with beef fat potato and green peppercorn, and corn-fed baby chicken with yuzu celeriac and piccata sauce.
Desserts come in the form of a refined assortment of sweets and Easter-themed confections, while a roaming Easter bunny adds a touch of playfulness to the afternoon. Available from April 3 to 5, from 12pm to 2.30pm.

By the waterfront at Caffe Fernet, Easter plays out over three days of easy, family-friendly dining from April 3 to 5. The modern Italian restaurant and bar pairs seasonal specials with a relaxed programme designed for the long weekend.
On the menu, expect bright, flavour-led plates such as tuna crudo with Calabrian chilli and mint, fettuccine seafood nduja with lobster stock, squid and chives, and a herb-crusted lamb rack served with smashed fava beans. Dessert comes in the form of a spiced carrot cake layered with candied walnut and ginger cream, alongside the restaurant’s full menu, which remains available throughout.
On Easter Sunday (5 April), things turn more playful with a dedicated kids’ line-up. An Easter egg hunt runs across two sessions (1pm to 2pm, and 5pm to 6pm), with hidden eggs—some marked with gold star stickers—redeemable for small prizes. A craft station from 12pm to 4pm offers bracelet-making and wooden egg painting, giving little ones something to do while parents settle in by the bay.
