Beach Road Kitchen offers something for every palate, making it one of the top buffet restaurants to visit for family meals or gathering with friends. The highlight here is the variety of fresh seafood on ice—freshly shucked oysters, lobsters and crab legs, among many others,  meticulously arranged in a dedicated cold room to preserve their taste and freshness. The best way to enjoy the massive spread is to try a bit of everything and save space for the local and international favourites. These include the rich and creamy laksa, a traditional Singaporean delight that harmoniously blends aromatic spices with luscious coconut milk, as well as other local favourites such as nasi lemak and chilli crab. International dishes are not to be missed too, especially the grilled meats cooked to guests’ desired doneness, and the live pasta station where you can customise your orders based on the variety of pastas, sauces and additional ingredients. Being a buffet station, there is not much service to be expected from the staff, but they do a decent job of clearing plates in a timely manner to ensure there’s enough space at the table for a continuous supply of sumptuous food.
