Extraordinary design and upscale interiors
The elegant interiors of the new Paiza Royal Collection suites were meticulously crafted by Steve Leung Design Group, making use of bespoke furnishings and incorporating the firm’s signature refined craftsmanship. Even the most discerning guests will appreciate the delicate finishes and attention to detail, blending modern luxury and absolute comfort, so guests can feel right at home while being enveloped in lavishness.
From the foyer to the living areas and private quarters, every inch of these suites is clad in understated opulence, enhanced by the dramatically high ceilings on the hotel’s upper floors.

Standout features of the collection’s sophisticated design language include pearlescent accents and frieze detailing along the ceilings, hand-embroidered wallpaper, fluted glass panels, plush furnishings, and custom contemporary pendant lights. Artworks were specially commissioned for each suite, including sculptures and paintings by local and regional artists. These incorporate motifs reflecting the hotel’s proximity to the Marina Bay area and the surrounding waters of the South China Sea.
Fabric-lined wall panels and Peranakan-inspired marquetry floors in precious marble greet guests in the grand foyer, while ornate metal screens with etched patterns inspired by traditional Chinese designs frame the view of the common areas.
Further in, we encounter the social bar, located beside the dining area and characterised by eye-catching Italian Arabescato Corchia marble. Handblown Lehmann Glass stemware and Schott Zwiesel Hommage Carat glassware await guests here, ready for decadent celebrations. Warming drawers for porcelain tea sets, an integrated ice well, and an under-counter chiller complete the tailored lineup of amenities behind the bar.
Beyond the social spaces, the sleeping quarters and luxurious, spa-like bathrooms transition the suites to blissful havens of relaxation, complemented by private fitness and wellness areas. In each bedroom, the uncontested pièce de resistance is the Savoir mattress, constructed by hand with layers of hand-teased horse tail, Mongolian yak wool, and pure cashmere. Pillows, mattress toppers and white goose down duvets from homegrown luxury bedding brand Ploh invite guests to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, encased in 600-thread-count sheets from Frette.
Each bedroom also boasts its own hydration corner, revealed behind fluted panels. This thoughtful nook offers a selection of premium still and sparkling mineral water, and a calming tea assortment from Ette Tea Company, along with glassware, a kettle, and a dedicated night fridge.

We spot lushly oversized double shower heads from Dornbracht alongside full-body spray jets in the en-suites, as well as Garnier-Thiebaut terry bath robes for transitioning to the generously sized walk-in wardrobe. The latter is furnished with a dressing table and an Orient Crown safe, sure to be appreciated by watch aficionados for its built-in watch winders.
As for the private gyms in this collection, guests will encounter state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, as well as elegant, wood-and-metal fitness essentials such as the minimalist dumbbells from Pent. Those suites with dedicated wellness spaces—such as the Horizon Suite—additionally ensure unmatched relaxation during your stay.
