Where to eat for Valentine’s Day 2025: Exclusive menus to try this February 14

With its laidback atmosphere and playful approach to Asian cuisine, Your Local is a certified neighbourhood favourite in Legazpi Village. Be it for a quick business lunch, post-work catch-ups with friends, or a leisurely weekend brunch, chef Patrick Go delights diners with both comforting plates built on familiar flavours and unique dishes with creative twists.

Available for dinner on February 13 and 14 only, their special Valentine’s Day 8-course menu includes two drinks per guest, with seatings at 6pm and 8:30pm per night.

Bombvinos Bodega has quickly become one of the most popular watering holes in town. While primarily known for its great selection of wines, the Bodega has steadily expanded its beverage offerings with a curated range of mezcal, sake, and other spirits, as well as cocktails and coffees. Chefs Neil Dy and Amanda Hao have curated a special Valentine’s Day menu available exclusively for dinner this February 14. Celebrate the most romantic day of the year with the newly engaged couple as you sample some of Seva’s greatest hits, with other fun surprises in between.

Piloted as a pop-up concept at The Balmori Suites Chef’s Table, Ayà is Hapag’s younger, cheekier sister, bringing you creative Filipino small plates, inspired cocktails, and curated wine selection in one stylish space.

Ayà’s special Valentine’s Day set menus feature new and exclusive dishes you won’t see on their regular menu as well as romantic additions to truly elevate the occasion. Available on the February 14 and 15, their special lunch set menu includes free-flowing Champagne, while their dinner set menu comes with a personalised bouquet in collaboration with The Bud Bar. On February 14, Ayà will also host DJs Junoy Manalo and Lizzi Garcia for an evening of music and tipples from 11pm onwards.

Legazpi Village continues to evolve with new and exciting F&B concepts, including the newly opened Italian restaurant Fresca Trattoria. Helmed by Sicilian chef Francesco D’Arrigo, Fresca is home to honest Italian cookery, with fresh pasta as its key offering.

Available exclusively this February 14, Fresca’s generous 7-course menu boasts mouthwatering bites like beef carpaccio and ‘nduja arancini, as well as two pasta dishes, two mains, and tiramisu. Book your seats for 6pm to 8pm or 8:30pm to 10:30pm and settle into a romantic evening with your partner.

When looking to celebrate special occasions in the metro’s south, The Black Pig naturally comes to mind. Here, chef Carlos Garcia shares his take on sophisticated, contemporary European cuisine, drawing from his experience in Michelin-starred restaurants across Madrid and London.

This year, chef Garcia offers not one but two Valentine’s Day menus. Opt for the leaner 5-course set menu or dive into their 7-course set menu for a more indulgent evening. Both menus are available on the 14th and 15th of February.

Tucked within the bustling Poblacion district, Bibio is an intimate, inviting natural wine bar known for its European-inspired bistro fare, cocktails, and of course, its diverse range of natural wines from various distributors. This Valentine’s Day, Bibio presents a very special takeover with none other than Australian-Filipino chef Valentine Costuna, who runs Le Chai restaurant in the Fondugues Pradugues estate (Ramatuelle, Provence).

Chef Costuna takes over the Bibio kitchen with a colourful à la care menu that reflects his love for seasonal produce, fresh seafood, and anything kissed by fire or smoke. Book your seats for dinner on the 14th or 15th of February to try this exclusive menu.

Led by chefs Alex Tan and Mikee Lopez, Tandem offers creative, thematic dining experiences through ingredient-forward tasting menus. Since opening in 2023, their menus have taken on colourful motifs from emotions to music, telling unique stories with food as their medium.

From February 11 to 15, the husband-and-wife duo present an exclusive 6-course tasting menu, served with a glass of Champagne Marguet so you can toast to a special evening with your loved one.

M Dining + Bar remains among the most reliable picks for a sophisticated dining experience in Metro Manila, offering contemporary European dishes with Asian inflexions by chef Tom Bascon. In 2024, the 15-year-old restaurant unveiled a fresh new look, complete with brand new dishes set to become new favourites.

Chef Bascon has prepared two Valentine’s Day set menus which will be available on February 13 and 14, each highly flexible so you can indulge your cravings. Guests may also opt for their wine or cocktail flights, or even free-flowing Champagne or unlimited martinis.
