1. Keepers
Location: Poblacion, Makati City
Home to innovative Asian fusion dishes like rendang kropek and kimchi nachos plus funky, unconventional cocktails, Keepers is a sleek gastropub designed to foster good conversation. Leading with a tech-oriented philosophy, the bar is set to announce some exciting developments in the metaverse very soon—follow them on Twitter and Instagram to stay in the loop.

2. Polilya
Location: Poblacion, Makati City
Two years since the closure of their original outpost, Polilya is back in full swing, ready to welcome back guests with a youthful new look, the famed Hainanese chicken nuggets, and of course, their signature Tipsy Paradies shots. Drop by to get reacquainted with the bar’s friendly, familiar faces and try out some of the highlights from the new menu, including the señor sisig and Szechuan-style pansit lamig.

3. Somm's Table
Location: Legazpi Village, Makati City
Led by chefs Raphael Gries and Julien Sobolewski, Somm’s Table is a chic new speakeasy offering French fusion cuisine that showcases fresh produce from their very own farm in Tagaytay. Pair this with their extensive collection of fine wine, signature cocktails, and additional treats from the patisserie and deli, and you’re in for a delightful evening.
4. Project Vino
Location: Poblacion, Makati City
Yet another addition to Poblacion’s ever-bustling nightlife scene, Project Vino is a neighbourhood wine shop with an approachable, thoughtfully-curated portfolio of wines. Led by a team dedicated to helping you discover your own wine preferences and foster a deeper appreciation for wine, it’s a great spot for casual and seasoned drinkers alike, complete with some elegant bites to polish off the experience.

5. A Mano (BGC)
Location: One Bonifacio High Street, BGC, Taguig City
Since opening its doors in 2019, A Mano rapidly became one of the metro’s most popular restaurants, consistently full of discerning customers after hand-made pasta, pizza, and a slew of other bites and cocktails. Finally, A Mano has expanded with its second outlet, introducing exclusive dishes like foie gras ravioli in Champagne truffle cream sauce.

6. Mott 32 Cebu
Location: Nustar Resort and Casino, Cebu City

7. Solaire: Red Lantern & Oasis
Location: Solaire Resort and Casino, Parañaque City
Justin Quek, one of Singapore’s best-known chefs, makes his way up to Manila to give diners a one-of-a-kind culinary experience at Solaire. Specialising in Franco-Asian cuisine, Quek is amped up to delight guests with an all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch, a sophisticated afternoon tea, an exclusive wine pairing dinner, and other crave-worthy bites available a la carte and in special set menus, all taking place from September 20 to 25 at Red Lantern and Oasis.
