Ahead of the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025 being released on July 4, we introduce our established panel of judges, who guided the nomination and selection process for Asia’s most promising leaders

Every year since 2016, we recognise individuals who are shaping the future of Asia through impact and innovation. We call them the Leaders of Tomorrow, and they hail from a diversity of industries—from healthcare and technology to entertainment and sustainability.

In order to identify the most promising talents in the 20 categories and nine geographical locations we cover in our list, we put together an external panel of advisors to help us. Affectionately known as the Tribe, these are seasoned industry leaders and thought experts with insider knowledge and relevant insights on the rising stars in their sector. They work alongside our editorial team to nominate, review and select the most promising talents for our list.

Ahead of unveiling this year’s Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow on July 4, we reveal the individuals who helped us identify our 2025 cohort over the last couple of months. Here’s who they are.
