Namly Heights by SuMisura
Meticulously renovated over three years by SuMisura, this family home in the Singapore Namly neighbourhood incorporates a couple’s disparate design preferences. From airy communal areas to private, moody retreats, this home reflects the owners’ vision, ensuring it remains a cherished, timeless sanctuary.
The common areas of the home are clad in the wife’s preferred aesthetic, defined by hues of ivory, taupe and champagne, which lends itself to cosy gatherings; the husband’s study and the basement bar are transformed with a duskier, lounge-inspired design. Their daughter’s room and attic study are designed for growth and adaptability, including stowable beds for guests.
SuMisura has masterfully blended aesthetics with functionality, meeting the unique preferences and needs of each family member. The result is a luxurious yet practical abode that adapts as the family grows.

Orchard Road Duplex by K2SD Group
Designed by K2SD Group, this luxurious duplex in Orchard melds meaning and artistry. Tasked with incorporating the warm tones of oak wood, the firm sculpted the entire apartment with the material, pushing the boundaries of material application. The result is soothing and refined, allowing the dramatic, double-volume “oculus” staircase to stand out and shine as the home’s centrepiece.
Elegant living and dining spaces orbit this staircase, featuring high-end furnishings and Korean artwork with a connection to Singapore. Upstairs, the study offers a grand hall view, blending oak with textured stone. Meanwhile, the master bedroom has a custom headboard, the entertainment room offers comfort with acoustic paneling, and a guest room continues the theme of sumptuous luxury.
From curved lines to irregular forms, movement and flow are emphasised, making the Best Luxury Concept nominee feel like a “living, breathing work of art.”

Orchard Boulevard Apartment by KGID
KGID composed restful spaces for this 1,313 sq ft apartment in Singapore’s Orchard Boulevard neighbourhood, elevating its look with classic touches and decorative flourishes. Completed in two and a half months, the unit was designed as a welcoming, tranquil retreat that instantly feels like home, featuring unique and tasteful details as part of its visually cohesive interior.
The design addressed existing beams by integrating them into custom joinery and the false ceiling. A neutral colour scheme with metallic accents and botanical elements, such as orchid-shaped clay ornaments, create a soothing, luxurious ambiance, affirming Singapore’s “garden city” slant and tropical environment.
Furnishings from Royal Interiors and King Living, along with a 24k gold side table and a Calacatta Gold feature wall, enhance the elegant look. Other features include custom furniture that maximises functionality and elegance, fluted panels that soften the rectilinear details, and handblown glass pendant lights for an understated final touch.

Telok Kurau Terrace House by Metaphor Studio
While the owners of this three-storey terrace house in Singapore’s Telok Kurau district had desired a resort-style interior for their abode along with open community spaces, the appointed design team at Metaphor Studio recommended a less “heavy” approach, creating “experiential transitional space markers” on each floor to build mystery and curiosity.
Completed in under six months, this Best Luxury Concept nominee sports a minimalist vocabulary that celebrates the use of natural materials. The living room features a linear composition with an expanded staircase landing acting as a “theatrical” stage. Natural materials like wood, stone, and marble create a tactile environment; a lava stone feature wall spans the stairwell, unifying the floors.
The master suite on the second storey was redesigned for privacy and better views, and the bedrooms on the third floor are relaxing sanctuaries clad in calming tones.

District 10 Apartment by IDID
This District 10 apartment was transformed into a spacious and homely abode using a neutral colour palette of cream, beige, brown, taupe, and grey. The homeowners, a couple with two children and a domestic helper, wanted to create a sense of spaciousness and ample storage in their 1,496 sq ft unit. IDID focused on practicality and functionality, integrating existing furniture and matching the apartment’s fixtures.
Completed in six weeks, the design utilises sleek magnetic track lights and fluted panels for a contemporary touch, while marble varieties lend the interiors opulence. To carve out more usable space in the common zones, the dining area was moved to the balcony, effectively expanding the living room.
Integrated storage solutions, such as platform beds and built-in desks, also help to keep the home clutter-free. Here, petite areas appear larger, and the abode elicits a tranquil vibe with a feeling of cohesion.
