First launched in 2017, the Tatler Homes Design Awards is an annual celebration of outstanding luxury projects completed in Singapore by the brightest minds in the local design scene.

Marking its ninth iteration this year, the 2025 edition of Tatler Homes Design Awards returns with a total of 12 categories, including three Readers’ Choice categories—where your votes make up 70 per cent of the winning component score and our esteemed jury panel votes the other 30 per cent.

The Best Showroom – Readers’ Choice category highlights the most inspiring and experiential spaces that not only showcase the brands’ various product offerings with distinct concepts but also feature strong craftsmanship and spatial details.

Located in Singapore’s Jalan Besar district, Hafary House offers an immersive tile and stone shopping experience across multiple levels, blending contemporary design with Singapore’s architectural heritage. The Farm-designed showroom inspires and engages visitors in a tactile journey layered with design inspiration.

Here, industrial materials are used unconventionally, emphasising raw materiality. Thematic displays range from art deco to Japanordic, allowing visitors to envision unique spaces. Look forward to specialised sub-showrooms: Hafary Bathroom, showcasing sanitary fittings with sculptural displays, and Wood Culture, celebrating wood textures with creative applications like slanted wood-plastic composite fins.

Following launches in Jakarta, Phnom Penh, and Seoul, Fendi Casa at The Rise@Oxley marks a significant step in the brand’s Southeast Asian expansion. The 5,037-square-foot, two-storey boutique features a façade with grand logos and display windows, setting a tone of opulence.

The interior, designed by Fendi’s in-house team, embodies the values and visual language of the brand. It features a striking “FF” logo wall, an inner garden view, an Arabescato Vagli marble staircase, and the stylish Groove armchair highlighted by special edition Louis Poulsen Artichoke pendant lights. The upper floor, bathed in natural light, displays Fendi Casa’s furniture and accessories in a gallery-like space.

The Crestar and Spin Fans Experiential Lab in Tampines North features a luxurious showcase envisioned and materialised by Prestige Global Designs. Combining two units and creatively navigating existing beams to create a seamless flow, the 2,700 sq ft, two-level showroom presents various tableaux. These include a stylish bedroom with a sculptural ceiling fan, black accents, and exotic wallpaper, demonstrating how the fans fit in real-life settings such as the concierge, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

The second level features the Spin Fans Experience Gallery, where customers can explore product details, and a meeting room with vintage fans. The project combines classic tones, visual highlights, and unique design elements to effectively showcase the fans.
