Sceneca Residence by SuMisura

Above Mirrored wall panels expand the sense of space in this two-bedroom unit, while a pair of custom sofas in curvaceous forms lines the length of the open-plan living and dining room
SuMisura crafted the interior for Sceneca Residence’s show gallery, a project by MCC Land, Ekovest Development, and The Place Holdings, with millennial preferences for adaptability and wellness in mind. The design of the 10,000 sq ft gallery, situated in Singapore’s District 16, showcases two distinct units tailored to the modern millennial lifestyle.
The first, a compact 538 sq ft unit, is conceptualised as a pilot’s or aviation enthusiast’s bachelor pad, reflecting a keen sense of adventure and individuality. The second, a more spacious 753 sq ft unit, is designed for a sociable couple, offering a blend of comfort and style. Both units depart from traditional luxury aesthetics, employing a mix of dark wood, gunmetal, fluted glass panels, fibreglass, and stone to create a unique, impactful environment.

Vibrant accent colours, alongside green walls and the integration of house plants, cater to millennials’ appreciation for urban gardening and personalisation. Multifunctional furnishings in both show units support a versatile lifestyle, allowing spaces to easily adapt to different needs, including work-from-home arrangements. This project, completed over a year, showcases SuMisura’s ability to merge modernity with minimalism in a way that resonates with the younger generation, offering a fresh take on luxurious living spaces.

A joint venture between Ho Bee Land and IOI Properties Singapore, Seascape boasts an array of residences including two villa duplexes with private pools, 18 penthouses, and assorted three and four-bedroom units, each offering private lift access to ensure utmost privacy and convenience.

Mirrored surfaces throughout the duplex reflect the dynamic ocean vistas, while Carrara marble flooring grounds the space with its natural elegance. A standout feature is the ceiling, outfitted with fibre-optic lighting to simulate the night sky, enhancing the home’s connection to nature.
The architectural highlight, a grand staircase with oak handrails, leads to a second-floor green wall, symbolising the blend of indoor luxury and the outdoor seascape. These thoughtful design elements, from material choice to lighting, not only accentuate the villa’s luxurious feel but also its unique position by the sea, reflecting Architology Interiors’ commitment to enhancing the intrinsic value of waterfront living at Seascape.
The Myst by Sujonohun

Above The show unit’s living and dining zones pull together various materials and finishes for a calm, harmonious aesthetic
For The Myst condominium’s show unit and sales gallery, Sujonohun was commissioned by City Developments Limited (CDL) to infuse the spaces with modern, clean lines enriched by Eastern motifs and a sense of opulence, reminiscent of a high-end resort’s tranquillity. Overcoming structural constraints, including partially low ceilings, the team leveraged zoning to accentuate spaces with higher ceilings, led by co-founders Sujono Lim and Molina Hun, alongside design director Yanika Gunawan.
The 6,694 sq ft sales gallery unfolds in layers, revealing serene spaces adorned with neutral hues, light wood tones, and elements inspired by Japanese gardens. Adjacent to this, the pathway to the four-bedroom show unit is set against a backdrop of white gravel and Japanese garden elements, leading into a 1,517 sq ft space where luxury meets Eastern elegance.

The use of gilded accents, luxurious materials, and tactile soft furnishings is thoughtfully balanced to ensure harmony and intrigue throughout. The living and dining areas showcase a blend of marble, timber, and fabric, with a marble feature wall and ethnic-patterned armchairs enhancing the space’s allure.
A tea room and well-appointed children’s bedroom further underscore the meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a cohesive yet diverse living experience. Completed after eight months of work, the project stands as a testament to Sujonohun’s ability to craft unique, harmonious spaces that resonate with modern urban living.
Terra Hill by 2nd Edition

Above The tiered, curved feature wall that hovers over the living room draws loose inspiration from the dramatic cliffs and geology of the Grand Canyon
In designing a show unit for the Terra Hill sales gallery, developed by Hoi Hup Realty, design studio 2nd Edition drew inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes of the Grand Canyon. This thematic influence is articulated through a carefully selected colour palette of earthy tones, including sand, taupe, cream, and off-white, creating a tranquil yet sophisticated backdrop that mimics the natural world.
The living area of the three-bedroom show unit prominently features tiered walls, subtly echoing the layered sedimentary rocks of the canyon, enhancing the space with a sense of depth and natural beauty. Wooden walls curve gently towards the ceiling, marrying modern minimalism with organic contours and adding a distinctive architectural element to the room.

Above Taupe tones and the use of light wood contribute to the calming atmosphere of this bedroom
Decorative details further enhance the geological theme; a rug in the study area draws on the hues and textures of mossy riverbanks, while a wallcovering adorned with flora and fauna breathes life into the space, predominantly clad in light wood. These elements collectively forge a connection to the natural inspiration behind the design, transforming the show unit into a refined embodiment of contemporary living infused with the essence of the natural world.
