1. Bar Flora
Location: Diliman, Quezon City
Though best known for its G&T (gin and tea) beverage programme, Bar Flora has become a well-loved hangout in Quezon City not only for its drinks but for its thoughtfully executed dishes as well. Available exclusively on February 14, from 6pm to 9pm, Bar Flora’s menu for two is designed to make Valentine’s Day feel extra special. This Valentine’s Day, romance takes the front seat with a special tasting menu featuring subtle floral elements in every course. Chef Takashi Harima fine-tunes each menu to complement the chosen cut, with additional highlights like miso-marinated gindara, chawanmushi and tempura.
Note: On February 14, Tsukiji will observe set dinner seatings at 5pm, 7.30pm and 9.30pm. Additionally, those dining in pairs must select one of their three kaiseki tasting menus.
