For mums that prefer a not-too-sweet palate cleanser, the cherry tomato tarte fine is an umami creation that pairs refreshing cherry tomatoes with buttery pastry, creamy stracciatella and toasted pine nuts. Servo’s Mother’s Day specials are available from May 6 to 13.

The four-person set menu features a selection of the restaurant’s comforting signatures, beginning with an appetiser platter of preserved plum marinated tomatoes, honey-glazed char siu and honey-glazed crispy eel. Standouts on the menu include a nourishing braised bird’s nest soup with conpoy and winter melon purée, braised abalone with goose web, and fried rice with conpoy, mushrooms and assorted meats wrapped in lotus leaf.

Meanwhile, the eight-person set menu includes roasted pork belly as an additional appetiser, before moving on to double-boiled silkie chicken soup with fish maw and sea whelk. Further highlights include a curated selection of sharing dishes, such as sweet and sour and sautéed tiger prawns and crispy roasted chicken.

The four-person set menu is priced from HK$3,998 per person and the eight-person set menu from HK$7,998 per person.
