Mothers who take a liking for Peranakan fare will delight in executive chef Vincent Aw’s Mother’s Day buffet spread, served from May 7 to June 30. Bring an appetite and tuck into a selection of dishes which put the spotlight on Chinese ingredients, as well as Malaysian and Indonesian spices. Look forward to crowd favourites such as earthy buak keluak fried rice; tender braised duck doused in a sweet tamarind sauce; and aromatic Nonya chicken curry.
