This quirky sounding restaurant is truly a wonderland for beef aficionados. For those just feeling a little peckish, grab a Wagyu sandwich—scrumptious toasted brioche slices cradling seared Toriyama A4 tenderloin dripping with flavour. For mains, diners have a dazzling list of exceptional Wagyu choices, but one you’d regret missing is a Fat Cow Premium donburi. Opt for the 21-day dry-aged Nagasaki A5 Wagyu striploin donburi, featuring perfectly seared meat topped with salmon roe, black caviar, uni, foie gras, poached egg and truffle oil. Every mouthful is like a little leap to flavour heaven. For dessert, the restaurant’s delicious yuzu cheesecake is an obvious winner. Made on-site, it’s served in a signature wooden box. For something lighter, go for the artisanal ice-cream which comes in matcha, black sesame, yuzu (citrus) or momo (peach) flavours.
