The culinary team’s three-course lunch menu begins with the refreshing appetiser of gravlax-style salmon cured with beetroot and dill. It’s just enough to whet dad’s appetite before he indulges in the Beef Oscar, a surf and turf dish featuring an applewood fire-grilled tenderloin crowned with sweet jumbo crab meat and rich béarnaise sauce. It’s complemented with sous vide asparagus, adding an extra crunch to the dish. Dessert is a rich chocolate pot de crème, made with 75 per cent dark chocolate and sprinkled with chopped almonds. Start with an extensive seafood platter complete with fresh oysters, juicy Hokkaido clams and rock lobster, then dig into the baked escargot and hearty double-boiled chicken soup. For mains, choose from a range of signature dishes, which includes lamb shoulder. The meat is slow cooked for eight hours until fork-tender and dressed in fragrant herb pesto, parsnip puree, and sundried tomato jus. This New York City burger joint has introduced a new burger and brew combo, just in time for Father’s Day. Available from June 13 to 19, the Boss Burger is a mighty cheeseburger layered with juicy beef patty, crisp bacon, American cheese, lettuce and pickles. The mouth-watering Potoro naturally raised ribeye is perfect for a group of two to three. Curated by executive chef Jake Kowalewski, this ribeye is a grain fed cut from Potoro, an Australian certified non-GMO producer, offering rich and buttery flavours. 8. Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse

A decadent Father’s Day meal beckons at this smokehouse, which is offering a glorious sharing menu curated by executive chef Kwek Xiu Rong. 9. Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse
