This June, Singapore's most celebrated chefs will put their spin on Gaggan Anand's signature dishes at Mandala Club

In March, Gaggan Anand announced that he would be extending his wildly popular residency at Mandala Club for the final time, running until end of June 2022 with an "end of an era" menu of Gaggan's signature dishes including “Yogurt Explosion” and "Lick It Up".

Never a man without a trick up his sleeve, Gaggan has one more surprise for his diners before he closes his Mandala Club pop-up for good.

From June 1 until June 30, Mandala Club will host The Last Supper x Gaggan Anand. A collaboration unlike any other, this exclusive menu will see 15 of the biggest names in the Singapore’s dining scene share their own unique interpretation of Gaggan Anand’s greatest creations.

The Last Supper will be offered as a 10-course lunch comprising entirely of reinterpretations by the invited chefs, and a 16-course dinner including the aforementioned "Yogurt Explosion" executed by head chef Rydo Anton of Gaggan, alongside 15 dishes re-created by the selected chefs.

“This is my love letter to Singapore, a unique way for me and my team to say thank you to the city and its wonderful F&B community,” says Gaggan. “This cast of chefs was a tough choice, but each person was carefully picked to represent different genres, different restaurants and, of course, some of the best meals I had in Singapore. It is a celebration of my past months in Singapore, immersing deep into its food, culture and hospitality, getting connected to the people of different communities. It is a celebration of life in Singapore: wildly varied, yet tightly knit together.”
