Inspired by Chinese gardens, the Pavilion serves up authentic Cantonese cuisine amid an enchanting open concept
Awarded a well-deserved Michelin star for the fourth consecutive year, Summer Pavilion serves up authentic Cantonese cuisine amid a sophisticated Chinese garden-inspired setting that is best appreciated in the day, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and light-filled space. The dim sum options here are exquisite, starring steamed lobster dumplings with prawns, parsley and carrot, and baked abalone puffs with assorted mushrooms. Traditional Cantonese roast meats and double-boiled soups are treated and elevated with much finesse: char siew is made with Iberico pork glazed with honey sauce, while sea whelk with fish maw and chicken come to you served in whole coconuts— ideal if you want a shot for the ’gram.
