Chanel

Leading up to the fashion show at the Grand Palais Éphémère, Chanel released photos of Lily-Rose Depp, Alma Jodorowsky, Blackpink's Jennie, Rebecca Dayan and Quannah Chasinghorse-Potts taking photos in black and white portraits by  Inez & Vinoodh to underline the relationship between clothes, models and photographers.

These stars would later be seen in the front row of Chanel's spring/summer 2022 runway, except Quannah Chasinghorse-Potts who was selected to walk the runway in a bright and colourful tweed suit.

Givenchy

Matthew William's latest collection for Givenchy embraces and subverts tradition with corsets, peplums and Prince of Wales checks juxtaposed against raw edges, mohair wools and Napa leathers. "I worked with people I admire across different disciplines who have truly unique perspectives including the artist Josh Smith, whose iconic work is incorporated throughout the collection," he says.

He also collaborated with musician Young Thug to create the entire score for the show, which was attended by Offset, Kid Cudi, Sinead Burke, Brooklyn Beckham and his fiancée, Nicola Peltz.

Valentino

To present his latest collection, creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli held a Valentino rendez-vous with a celebrity gueslist, including Brooklyn Beckham and his fiancée, Giveon, Emily Ratajkowski and Vanessa Kirby. Balenciaga

Demna Gvasalia put on one of the most unique shows at Paris Fashion Week by live-streaming the arrival of his guests to the show at Théâtre du Châtelet, only for many to realise that the line-up of stars and models, including Naomi Campbell, Lewis Hamilton, Elliot Page, Cardi B and Offset, were actually modelling Balenciaga's spring/summer 2022 looks before they took their seats in the front row and watched the big finale: a fashion film starring the Simpsons! And in another meta moment, the film mirrored reality by featuring cartoon versions of Anna Wintour, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in the front row of Marge and Homer's fashion show.
