Before we reveal the newest cohort of Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow on June 3, here’s the panel of industry heavyweights we consulted to decide who makes the final cut

Every year since 2016, we recognise young leaders who are shaping the future of Asia through impact and innovation. We call them the Leaders of Tomorrow, and they hail from a diversity of industries—from healthcare and technology to entertainment and sustainability.

In order to identify the most promising talents in the 20 categories and seven geographical locations we cover in our list, we put together an external panel of advisors to help us. Affectionately known as the Tribe, these are seasoned industry leaders and thought experts with insider knowledge and relevant insights on the rising stars in their sector. They work alongside our editorial team to nominate, review and select the young leaders for our list.

Ahead of unveiling this year’s Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow on June 3, we reveal the 23 individuals who helped us identify these young leaders over the last couple of months. Here’s who they are.
