CEO Loh Lik Peng has grown Unlisted Collection into a lifestyle force to be reckoned with. Comprising five unique hotels and over 20 restaurants, each property encompasses the firm’s commitment to put out design-driven, cutting edge concepts that create a memorable guest experience.

Loh’s culinary brands, such as Meatsmith, Burnt Ends, Nouri and Kotuwa, have carved out their own individual niche in the culinary arena with their imaginative menus and design concepts. Similarly, his global hotel properties—such as Ireland’s Trinity Townhouse Hotel in Dublin, London’s Town Hall Hotel in the UK and The Old Clare Hotel in Sydney, Australia—embody an eclectic, cosmopolitan vibe, rooted in iconic heritage buildings.

Born in the Irish capital Dublin, Loh attended law school at the University of Sheffield, UK and undertook postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics—followed by bar exams in London—before returning to Singapore in 1997. He was also the co-founder of the #SaveFnBSG movement, aimed at addressing issues facing F&B operators during the pandemic lockdown in 2020.
