There’s a plethora of delectable dishes to look forward to, including John Dory and Basque Country ‘Duglere’ Whiting. The former comprises New Zealand John Dory gorgeously pan seared until crispy and bathed in a rich sauce vierge. It’s accompanied with stuffed zucchini flowers and grilled zucchini. This Chinese restaurant is putting the spotlight on plant-based meat, Impossible Pork, with seven new dishes. Head down and savour mouth-watering dishes like the steamed Impossible bak kut teh xiao long bao. A meat-free rendition of the restaurant’s iconic xiao long bao, these flavourful dumplings are filled with juicy Impossible pork marinated in fragrant herbs and spices. 5. The Marmalade Pantry

The Marmalade Pantry has refreshed its executive set lunch offerings, spotlighting hearty modern bistro fare. Available from now until October 31, visit its Downtown outlet and indulge in a toothsome two-course set lunch comprising a main and dessert. Those who take a liking to seafood will not want to miss out on the Shrimp Po Boy, a dish that sees sweet shrimp marinated in a Cajun spice rub and deep fried until golden brown. It’s sandwiched between a buttery brioche bun and drizzled with a herbed sriracha tartar sauce. Plant-based options are also available, like the Bolognese prepared with Impossible beef.
