1. The Dempsey Project
Revel in an English afternoon high tea experience at The Dempsey Project. Bring your appetite and savour a wonderful selection of delectable bites. From the savoury menu, look forward to a variety of finger sandwiches such as chicken and gherkin; egg and cress; and cucumber and dill.

2. Botanico at The Garage

Botanico will be showcasing three new sustainable dishes curated by head chef Sujatha Asokan, in conjunction with Earth Day and The Garage’s fifth birthday. Housed in The Garage, a beautifully conserved 1920 art deco garage within Botanic Gardens, Botanico serves up contemporary European fare, with Asian inflections.
Go for the locally farmed Kühlbarra sea bass, pan-seared to achieve a crisp skin and tender flesh. The fish is complemented by laksa espuma, a rich broth made with aromatic laksa leaf powder. Available from April 22 to May 22. Book here.
3. Bochinche

This Argentinean restaurant is celebrating artisanal beef from around the world with its latest bi-monthly dinner series, Sear the World. The series presents diners with specially curated beef from small-batch producers. The first edition takes diners to Japan with a three-course dinner menu showcasing grain-fed Satsuma Gyu A4 sirloin from Satrsuma Valley in Japan.
The night starts with a refreshing yellowtail ceviche, served alongside edamame and yuzu. Naturally, the star of the show is the luxurious A4 Japanese Wagyu, served on a bed of Bochinche’s signature Spanish risotto. It is adorned with fragrant truffle caviar and onsen egg. 4. Gingerlily

Head to Gingerlily for a high tea experience curated by director of culinary Vijayakant Shanmugam and executive pastry chef Cindy Khoo. The delightful spread comprises bite-sized gems featuring British afternoon tea classics. Start off with mini sandwiches and warm savouries, including juicy lobster rolls and smoked beef burger. Then, tuck into handcrafted desserts such as the spiced apple tatin. This sweet treat has a buttery pastry filled with juicy apples, prepared in a sweet and spiced mixture of cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and gingerbread spice. Book here.

5. Mott 32 Singapore

Savour spring flavours at this contemporary Chinese restaurant. Available from now until June 30, look forward to fresh seasonal produce, skilfully prepared using authentic Chinese culinary techniques. A highlight of the menu is the braised crab casserole—juicy crustacean braised with seasonal winter melon and fresh clams.
