If bubbles are your drink of choice, you will be glad to know that Dom Pérignon has released its latest 2012 vintage. Are you more of a spirits enthusiast? 1. Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin

Master distiller Lesley Gracie has launched the Hendrick’s Neptunia gin, the latest release from her Cabinet of Curiosities collection. Inspired by the calming melody of waves, Gracie shares that this gin is a blend of Scottish coastal botanicals that capture the “freeing feeling of the sea”. On the nose, the gin offers aromas of a spice, florals, and juniper, balanced with a hint of citrus. Have a sip and revel in earthy notes of rose, cucumber, fresh coastal herbs, and locally sourced Scottish coastal botanicals. The gin has a bright and smooth finish that is interwoven with citrusy undertones. Available at selected retailers.

2. Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012

Dom Pérignon has released its newest expression, the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012. The exceptional vintage is intense, vibrant and expressive, thus teasing the nose with aromas of flowers, vegetal and white pepper. On the palate, this vintage has acidic and bitter notes that are balanced with the flavours of ginger and tobacco.
This vintage will be featured in contemporary Italian restaurant 28Wilkie’s latest five-course pairing menu, curated by chef Seth Lai. In addition to the new bottle, diners will also have a taste of past vintages, including the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010, and the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008. Available from now until June 14. 3. Jubilee Edition Islander Brew

To mark Sentosa’s 50th anniversary, Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) and Brewerkz have teamed up to launch the Jubilee Edition of the Islander Brew—a series of craft beers honouring various landmarks around the resort island. The brew features a lychee pale ale flavour and comes in two uniquely designed cans that capture Sentosa by day and by night. Its new flavour is inspired by Sentosa’s ‘island lychee’ trees (pometia pinnata) and contains ‘intricate yet subtle’ flavours of lychee, complemented with a ‘silky mouthfeel’. 4. The Mighty Cask

Whisky bar The Chambers by Cask and future culture company Mighty Jaxx have come together to create The Mighty Cask collection. The collection will see 20-, 22-, and 23-year-old single malt whiskies featured in uniquely sculptured bottles inspired by the Chinese literary classic, Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
The 20-year-old entices drinkers with aromas of prunes, cinnamon and fresh toast, as well as flavours of poached pear, fresh grass, cooked oats and ginseng. On the other hand, the bright and zesty 22-year-old blend entices with the fragrance of almond jelly, white peach and bubble gum. Completing the collection is the 23-year-old, a complex expression that boasts characters of banana cream cake, candied orange peel, cigars and jasmine.
Owners of these limited-edition bottles can also choose to acquire digital versions of its bottle designs as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Available for purchase at The Chambers by Cask.
5. Hapusa Gin

Gin lovers can revel in this dry gin from India. Translated to mean ‘juniper’ in Sanskrit, this gin is distilled in India with foraged Himalayan juniper and locally sourced botanicals. The fragrant spirit has a nose filled with complex juniper, and hints of pine forest and wildflowers. It is herbal and earthy on the palate, interspersed with notes of mango, almond and gondhoraj (rangpur lime). Available at selected retailers.
