The culinary team offers an exceptional meal, which can begin with a cocktail (or two) at the bar before you move to the main dining room for the three-course Show & Dine menu.
Guests are welcomed with a refreshing iced tea paired with a choice of flan or mixed salad, setting the tone for a lighter yet no less delicious meal. If dinner is part of the occasion, Koma Singapore certainly sets the scene. Enter through its illuminated walkway framed by vermilion arches before arriving at the dramatic dining room, centred around a towering 2.5-metre Japanese bell.
The three-course Show & Dine menu gets you settled, beginning with five pieces of sashimi featuring seasonal ingredients flown in from Japan. For the main course, choose between roasted miso cod with steamed rice and braised beef short rib, before finishing with a lemon-yuzu dessert of mousse, yuzu jam and cacao crumble. Sencha green tea is included to round out the meal.
Cut by Wolfgang Puck

For steak lovers, Cut by Wolfgang Puck offers a three-course menu that brings a little more indulgence to the pre-show ritual. Begin with a butter lettuce, avocado and blue cheese salad dressed in champagne-herb vinaigrette before moving on to the main event: American Wagyu flat iron served with sautéed broccolini and hand-cut fries.
Dessert takes a playful turn with a deconstructed matcha opera cake featuring chocolate Chantilly cream, green tea crumble and strawberry ice cream.
Thanks to its close proximity to Sands Theatre (it’s located right next door), you can linger a little longer for a drink at the bar. Alongside a wine list boasting over 650 labels, the bartenders serve up more than 50 handcrafted cocktails tailored to your taste. Need a recommendation? Go for the signature Rough Love, a light and citrusy concoction of Tanqueray No. Ten, champagne, shiso umeshu and lime.
