On November 12 and 13, the duo will showcase a joint menu at the Tatler Best Spotlight restaurant, celebrating classic French culinary traditions, quality produce and heartfelt cooking.
The experience opens with a refined selection of grignotages (small bites), including oysters with green tabasco and lovage, carrot tart with cumin and coriander, and potatoes and seaweed bites. Next, scallops arrive paired with a delicate vichyssoise (leek, potato and onion soup), followed by Atlantic cod served alongside Jerusalem artichoke. For the main course, Royer presents the Pie "Grande Tradition" Pigeon stuffed with Bresse chicken and foie gras. Above The Neo Kakigori is a twist on the Midori Sour and comes with a shaving of sencha-flavoured ice
The Opposites, named one of the Tatler Best 20 Bars Hong Kong 2026, is expanding its signature offerings with six new creations. Building on its signature dual-concept theme, three new pairs of drinks join the menu, each a playful twist on a classic serve crafted through the signature styles of founders Antonio Lai and Samuel Kwok. The first pair reimagines the classic Clover Club with the Moonlit Lover, a blend of gin, sake, lemon verbena and orange blossom, and the Afterglow, a tangy creation of gin, aperitif and cacao nibs.
The lineup also features inventive takes on the Midori Sour and Sangria, accompanied by playful bar snacks such as Shin Ramyun-coated chicken tenders and Chinese-style drunken hamachi pani puri.

A highlight among the 12 new creations include Meteora, a citrusy, tequila-based and Cheetos-dusted tribute to Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, who lived on spicy snacks and Red Bull on tour. Meanwhile, The Ordinary Man is a spirit-forward pour of coffee-infused brandy, Disaronno and peach that nods to Ozzy Osbourne of Black Sabbath, who used to brew double-strength coffee and sniff cognac.
