Seven years since it opened, Shane Osborn’s Arcane remains a favourite. A private space fit for intimate dinners and business lunches, the restaurant offers seasonal ingredients that are perfectly executed. The kitchen’s skills are masterfully showcased in a number of seafood dishes such as tea-smoked shima ahi with calamansi mayonnaise; Hokkaido scallops with hazelnuts; and pan-fried samara with seaweed beurre blanc. Arcane also features a wonderful array of vegetarian dishes. The restaurant offers a great selection of fine wines and pairings.
