Chef de cuisine Jordan Keao’s Imua tasting menu is stepping up its game on Easter Sunday. Available only for lunch on March 31 is the additional course of Easter leg of lamb, where lamb from Margaret River in Australia will be brined in buttermilk for 48 hours, and then slow-cooked. Served with grilled English peas, radish and lamb jus, the presentation keeps things classic and yet manages to deliver bold flavours.

Back with a bang after its $40 million refurbishment is the Grand Copthorne and its Waterfront’s Easter blowout at Food Capital. Expect an elaborate spread of delights such as the barbecue veal rib, tandoori chicken, and the restaurant’s signature laksa.
