Kicking off Quinary's series of guest shifts is Shelley Tai, an alum of the bar and now bar manager at Singapore's Nutmeg & Clove. On the night, she'll be presenting cocktails made using Matusalem rum.

Allegory, the speakeasy inside the Eaton hotel in Washington DC, will be popping up at Eaton Hong Kong's Terrible Baby, with creative director Deke Dunn bringing his distinct brand of fairytale-inspired molecular mixology via seven original libations that won the bar 45th place on North America's 50 Best Bars.

Juan Yi Jun of Singapore's No Sleep Club (#15 on Asia's 50 Best Bars) will be joining forces with May Chow to bring her signature cocktails like 3Lime Vodka Soda and NSC Gin & Tonic to Little Bao, where they'll be paired with scrumptious bites like coffee lamb ribs and the Captain Crunch Bao for one night only.

Stan Andruskevic, the bar manager at Ms. Jigger in the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, will be slinging Thai-inspired cocktails like the Mae Hong Son and Siam Milk Punch alongside Canto-Polynesian bites at The Social Den.

Featured on Asia’s 50 Best Bars' 51-100 list last year, Smoke & Mirrors, a sleek bar found on the rooftop of Singapore's National Gallery, will be popping up at Salisterra for one night only with head bartender Mel Chavez pouring original creations like My Butter Half and The Katong Laksa.

Cocktails and fried chicken galore as mixologist Shelley Tai comes together with restaurateur Anthony Ng (Nikushou, Uza by Nikushou) and Steve Lee, head chef at Hansik Goo, for a party in the name of charity—all profits after operational costs will be donated to the First Initiative Foundation and More Good.

The train-tracks-inspired interior of Yurakucho is due to welcome Tokyo fixture Rogerio Igarashi Vaz of Bar Trench (#25 on Asia's 50 Best Bars) in collaboration with Ki No Bi gin for one night only for a thoroughly Japanese affair.

Undoubtedly one of the top guest shifts to look out for, Paradiso, which currently holds top place in the World's 50 Best Bars list, will be popping up at Darkside, resident bar at Rosewood Hong Kong, which will be hosting the official Asia's 50 Best Bars ceremony. Owner Giacomo Giannotti will be stirring and shaking up his creations over two nights; only walk-ins will be accepted.

Drop by the city's only rum-focused bar for a gathering of like-minded drinkers as Joshua and Lolita of Junglebird in Kuala Lumpur take up the stick alongside Black Tot global ambassador, Mitch Wilson.

She may have dazzled you on screen with her winning libations on Netflix's Drink Masters, and now you'll be able to taste them for yourself as Kate Gerwin of Albuquerque's Happy Accidents makes an appearance at Room 309, bringing with her the recipes that brought her to first runner-up in the reality show competition.

The Pontiac's Beckaly Franks, who has been recognised this year with the Bartender's Bartender Award by Asia's 50 Best Bars, is bringing together a number of leading female bartenders for one night of drink-slinging, including the likes of Kate Gerwin of Happy Accidents, Lolito Goh of Junglebird in Kuala Lumpur, Holly Graham, founder of soon-to-open Tokyo Confidential, Ezra Star (Mostly Harmless, Artifact Bar), Lola Lau of Hope & Sesame, Millie Tang of Brisbane's The Gresham, and Juan Yi Jun of No Sleep Club.
