Asia’s 50 Best Bars awards ceremony is back in Hong Kong on July 16, drawing the crème de la crème of the mixology world. Event: Mostly Idle

Hong Kong’s Mostly Harmless will be the one-night abode for Singapore’s Jay Gray of Idle Hands, which opened this summer and is a 14-seat neighbourhood bar where Gray reinvents classics with new flair. You can enjoy Gray’s latest cocktail creations in an intimate setting.

Bar Trigona (#36 Best Bar in Asia’s 50 Best 2023) from Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur is landing at Mostly Harmless for a guest shift. Rohan Matmary, the bar manager, and resident bartender Melvin Lim will shake up the upstairs speakeasy with KL’s most remarkable drinks. This event is also part of the Iichiko Saiten series.

Matt Whiley, known for his zero-waste cocktail philosophy, brings his creations from Sydney’s Re: (#46 World’s 50 Best Bars 2021) to Mostly Harmless.
