The Daily Tot
This bar at the entrance to Peel Street continues its mission to promote rum in Asia, pulling all the strings it can to change the perception of the spirit into an artisanal product that can hold its own in craft cocktails, or be sipped neat. Its current menu traces the history of sugarcane and how it came to be used in the production of rum, offering insights into the spirit while making for delicious drinks. But the bar doesn’t take itself too seriously—at Fridays and weekends, it is loud, vibrant and diverse, mirroring the culture of rum’s birthplace in the Caribbean.
