Appreciate the Philippines’ primary destinations through a sensorial experience

Celebrating the Philippines’ rich heritage and diverse cultures, Long Bar Raffles Makati Hotel unveils a new creative offering to further entice discerning guests. In collaboration with Moët Hennessy Philippines, the bar has developed a series of cocktails inspired by distinct flavours from regions across the country.

Aside from offering a sensorial approach to appreciate the country, the “Exploration of Regions” collection uses some of the finest selections from Moët Hennessy Philippines such as Belvedere, Glenmorangie, Volcan Blanco, and Hennessy VS.

“We are thrilled to introduce the ‘Exploration of Regions’ cocktail collection, a testament to the rich cultural heritage and flavours of the Philippines,” said Anne-Sophie Hurtuad, food and beverage director at Raffles Fairmont Makati Hotel. “Using some of the most known produce of each Philippine region, our mixologists have crafted these cocktails with passion and dedication, aiming to take our guests on a delightful journey of taste and experience.”

Captivating Baguio’s affinity for fresh strawberries, the Little Baguio cocktail is a delightful blend of Volcan Blanco tequila and this juicy fruit the city is known for. It is a refreshing drink with a harmony of sourness and sweetness with an added kick that spices up the cold weather.

Drawing inspiration from the verdant landscapes of the Calabarzon region, this cocktail embraces the healthy essence of malunggay juice. The Moringa Blast cocktail uses Belvedere vodka as its base.
