Celebrate the most romantic day of the year with exclusive menus prepared just for the occasion
Valentine’s Day only comes once a year and whether you're in a relationship or not, it's always a good idea to celebrate with your loved ones. We're lucky that Singapore is a food-obsessed nation and that means we won't run out of delectable dining options—whether you're craving for something French, Italian or Japanese.

1. Moonbow
Veteran local chef Heman Tan is back to woo lovebirds in time for Valentine’s Day at his new restaurant. He is doing it via a six-course menu of modern European favourites laced with Asian accents, and paired with wines for a more memorable date night.
Come with an appetite and feast on Fine de Claire oysters crowned with bafun uni and tomato granita; sous vide duck breast paired with foie gras, chestnuts and edamame beans and drizzled with port wine reduction; and pan-seared black cod enhanced with crispy rice butter sauce and pickled lemon. Dessert is an equally pleasing ensemble of chocolate, peanut butter and pop rocks presented like a cigar.
Available on February 13 and 14. Book here.
