Blackbixon Cafe’s Salted Egg Croissant

Situated along Jalan Imbi, Blackbixon’s dishes match the restaurant's all-black exterior. The addition of charcoal and squid ink provide a dark tinge to the newly opened café's pastries, pasta and even coffee. Try the salted egg croissant, made with charcoal-infused dough and pumped with savoury salted egg cream. Topped with a sprinkling of toasted coconut flakes, the pastry is satisfyingly flaky.

Boasting fresh bread, flaky pastries and fragrant coffee, Littlepeopleco is a new concept by Littlepeople, originally known for fresh handmade pasta. Inspired by the Roman pasta dish cacio e pepe, the bakery's cacio e pepe escargot is made with a cross-laminated danish infused with Sarawakian black pepper, white pepper and Grana Padano cheese.

Bray Bakery’s Elderflower Croissant Tart

Almost too beautiful to eat, Bray Bakery’s selection of croissant tarts temptingly sit along the bakery’s pastry display. Bray’s version of a Chinese traditional tart, the pastry is filled with a silky elderflower custard before being garnished with a sprinkling of pistachio crumbs and powdered sugar.
