The K-pop girl group will perform its Born Pink World Tour in Singapore's National Stadium on May 13 and 14

Blackpink in your area” is no longer just a catchy lyric: the K-pop girl group is coming to Singapore as part of their Born Pink world tour.

Initially set to take the stage for only one night, on May 13, members Lisa, Jisoo, Rosé and Jennie have added a second show in Singapore, due to an overwhelming response. Now, the popular K-pop girl group will also be performing in Singapore on May 14, according to a post on Blackpink's official Instagram page.

Singapore is just one of the handful of stops that the quartet will make in Asia; Blackpink is also set to tour Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Manila.

The Born Pink world tour officially kicked off in Seoul on October 15, 2022, where Blackpink performed their chart-topping hits like Boombayah and Kill This Love, as well as new tracks from their upcoming album, Born Pink

“In order to expand Blackpink’s emotional connection with fans all over the world, they will set out for the largest-scale world tour in K-pop girl group history until the end of the year along with their comeback,” said Blackpink’s record label YG Entertainment in a statement. “Furthermore, big projects fitting of that status will continuously follow.” How you like that?

Ticketing details for the newly announced date have not been revealed.
